What shrub have long pallid flowers beside a black color surrounded by the middle and green leaves on the shrub?

I seen ths shrub and I am trying to find out the label for it.


Answers:    Without seeing pictures of the shrub which you are talking in the region of, Forsythia has wan flowers on it usually blooms in the spring around may- june.
