What is your cost for the pipe? Figure your cost and add the extras; glue,trenching, etc. Do you own your own equipment or rent? Add all your expenses, then decide what kind of return you want on your labor.
It may be beneficial to just bid the job in a set price, rather than quote a charge by foot. Then the client tries to figure out the cost and there may be disagreement about what you charge and what they have figured out per foot.
