How to get rid of pillbug organically?

I have a 6 feet tall ficus tree indoor. There are lots pillbugs in the pot. Is there any organic way to kill the bugs?
I noticed there were lots dropped leaves in the pot and I removed them. Is that the main food of the bugs?

pillbugs, sow bugs or roly polys eat decaying organic matter. This makes them 'good bugs', but if they are a problem, you can remove them by hand from the pot and
discourage further intrusions by keeping dead organic matter clear of the pot.
