Lilly of the valley....?
Answers:
Hello Schknappel,
I like your question because Lily of the valey is one of my favourite spring flowers. I have loads of them in my garden.
These yellow leafs are no reason to worry. As you must be in the Northern half of the Globe, summer has paid it's toll on them. It is normal that they will disappear during the second half of summer.
You can extend a nice green appearance of their leaves by watering them during a drigh spell, but it I see no reason for dispair...I bet you'll see them back in full glory again next spring !

Hi,
its more likely to be the high pollen content thats colouring them rather than anything more serious, my friend was planting 2 days ago and her hands and arms gained a deep yellow hue by the end of the day :o). rub your finger on the small stamen inide the flower and see do they match with discoloration. If its more foliage thats discolured they may need more water,3-5 litres a day per plant
