What is the best weed and grass killer?

Answers:
There really is no best weed killer. It is more a matter of most appropriate for you situation. Round up (glyphosate) is an excellent nonselective contact killer, especially if it is an area you want to replant. If it were poison ivy there are a number of brush killers on the market that are selective killers- they kill broad leaf plants but do not affect grasses. If it is a stone parking lot or driveway something containing pramitol is an excellent non selective vegetation killer that leaves a long residual and not allow anything to regrow.

Glyphosate is the best weed/grass killer, very strong.
Tried and true Roundup but you can only put it on the area you want to kill and you won't be able to plant in that area again for at least 6 months. If you just want to kill weeds in your lawn Scotts has a whole line of products to keep crabgrass out and to kill broadleaf weeds. They give you instructions on when to put which product on depending on what part of the country you live in. Of course they have a web site. Probably easy to find just type in Scotts Lawn Products
