john deer or cap cadett?

which one is better tructor mower

Answers:
No doubt about it, John Deere! But I am biased too given I am a Deere retiree.

Seriously though, I am still mowing with a late 1960's model 112 riding mower that I am mowing 4 acres of mostly grass with. I made a hitch for the back of it and pull two other old mowers that I keep running with occasional mechanical work.

The 112 has a 38" deck and with the other two with each 21" cuts, I can mow a swath almost 80" wide. With all three engines running at once, you do want hearing protection on.

The thing about John Deere is this. Just about any mower made is still supported with service parts at your local John Deere dealer. You most likely won't run into a point in time down the road where parts are no longer available. And that's what makes a lot of them obsolete and headed for the junk yard.

Good luck on your choice.
