Why aren'y my canterbury bells coming up, its be 17 days! what are some other biennials i can plant immediately?
Answers: The seed are not to be covered with soil. They require lighting to germinate.

"Propagating Canterbury bells:
By kernel. To grow for first year bloom, sow seeds 10 weeks prior to the ultimate frost. Do not cover the seeds, since they require pallid to germinate. Germination time is 6 to 12 days at 70 degrees Fahrenheit. To grow as a biennial, sow seed outdoors in July or August. The small plants will bloom past due the next spring"
