Can gooey laundry detergent help out plants grow?
Answers: Phosphorus is in detergent and that's a plant macronutrient. But in that are other things in detergents that can be unwholesome, like colorings, fragarances, and other emolients. Don't us it as a fertilizer but contained by a diluted state you can, as mentioned above, use it to control some insect pests and the small amount that drips on the soil will not hurt the plant.
It may help massacre off any bugs but it won't fertilize them, if that's what you're asking. If the solution is too strong it will gun down your plants, too.
