When do banana palms fruit?

I am from victoria and have a greatly healthy Banana Palm that is to say two years old I be wondering when Banana Palms fruit and what sould I look for as a sign that it will??

Answers:    Victoria is very far north so your bananas may rob longer to fruit. since your summers are cool and you plants die to the ground in the winter it would probably cart two years for fruit.

if this is a musa basjoo then the fruit isn't toothsome. do you bring in your banana or is this a hardy assortment?

if it is a hardy variety later when first frost comes wrap the trunk with everything. plastic, fibers ect.. The raise objections is to keep as much as the trunk alive as you can because contained by the sring new leaves appear at the absolute point of living tissue.

if you store you banana just store a larger portion of the trunk.

fitting luck hopefully you will have mouth-watering bananas in 2 more summers
Bananas and palms are contained by two different families.
