Does underlie be in motion on the sides of the fish pond or only the bottom?



Answers:    when i did our pond i put sand down first then the underlie then the inside layer, as i just thought the sand would be softer than putting it straight on to the soil . contained by our garden we have profusely ov flint in the soil and u cant other see it , till it pokes through the lining ,
The underlie would go lower than any area that will be continually coved near water or will hold weight such as rocks.
