How to slaughter vines growning on your house:?
Answers: Roundup (or equivelant) will kill it wager on, but you will have to keep hold of an eye out on it, as it will come back after the roundup wear off....usually I spray stuff similar to that once every two months and that keeps the ivy I hold at bay.
The singular way to attain rid of it and for it to never come back, short chemicals would be to dig it up at the root.
Ortho make a chemical designed for vines and "woody" type overgrowth. I've used it for poison ivy etc. and it works quite very well. You can get it Home Depot, Lowes, etc. Follow the directions on the can.
Find the underside of the vine, where it is growing from the ground & soakkkkkkk it near Round-Up!
Trying using a vegetation slayer or salt. By salt the ground nothing else will grow but the vines will be gone.
