In order to answer that, we need more specific information - size of deck so we would know what fits, and also the price range you feel is "reasonably priced". Alternatively, you could shop online - the National Gardening Association has items like that for sale, and you might also try some of the magazines specific to gardening and landscaping. Birds and Blooms comes to mind. Other than those, try your local hardware stores - Lowes, Menards, and Home Depot all have such items in stock, and on sale quite often.
Walmart or Home Goods usually has reasonable prices.
