You can go to your local home and garden center and purchase what is known as broadleaf weed killer. The best I have observed is a combination of three chemicals- short name MCPP,Dicamba and 2-4D Names are triox, Three way, Trimec Etc. (note all I have listed have some reference to three). Apply when area is dry and use a wetting agent or surfactent (sp.)
