Petunias when to plant?

It is the first day of winter here in Australia,could you please tell me when petunias will arrive in the nursery.

They will not carry them previous to this, and if they sell them at half price or discount close to the end of the season, they will continue to grow, but they'll likely be leggy and not last just a whole long time.
