Are you talking about cut blooms or still on the plant?
If it is cut flowers, put them in luke warm water and cut the bottom of the stems under water at an angle. Add some flower food and change the water every few days, adding food again.
If it is on the bush, ensure that you are watering sufficiently. Roses need loads of water but they HATE being waterlogged, it will kill them.
Roses should also have at least 5 hours of sun each day, they hate shade.
