a neighbor poisoned my container plants. i dont know what kind of poison but it's burning my leafs of my plant

It could have been gas. Anieghbor did that to my parents veggie garden and it did the same thing. Make sure it really was your nieghbor then call the cops and press charges for trespassing and damaging your property.

Are you sure it's poison? Overfertilizing can cause that. Take it to a nursery to see what the experts say is the problem before you say poison.
Believe it or not I accidently killed my own flower plants when I overused the fertilizer. Fertilizer is usefull for plants but if you dont water the plants after the fertilizer is used then it can burn your leaves. So make sure that it is not your own chemicals thats killing your plants.
