What is it call?

i have these flowers contained by my backyard but i don't know what they are called and i enjoy seeds for them too but i still don't know what they are call?
details:
*they bloom open when the sun go down
*the keep close when the sun is still up or shines on them
*they are bright blue
they form in big bushes roughly speaking the size of a husky
and they have lots of leaves and resting on that the flower themself
please help i really enjoy to know what they are called!

sounds like 4 o-clocks
I have what sounds like alike thing once. It smelled exactly resembling jasmine.
