okay, does any one know how to....?

kill stickers in my yard???? they are so bad that, for example, today when I rolled the basketball across a 4 foot spot, stickers were in the basketball, and my shoes. I have 5 kids, and they hate shoes in the summer time...really need some good answers here. Thanks.

Answers:
I would say rototill the land where the stickers are, make sure you get down to the roots, then plant grass or put malch down.. (malch helps sufficate the growth of weeds) some strong weed killers might work

Other answers:
spray "round up" on them.. available at home and garden stores.

Have your kids run around in thick woolen socks, dispose of any stickers stuck on them.
weed killer

till the ground

apply grass
Stickers? Like the stars that you get on a test that you got a 100% on?
you can't kill them. they really don't grow... and even if u do manage somehow to 'kill' them, they will still b there. they are like seed pods
Best idea to buy bug killer spray from store near to you
I bet your local garden store can recommend a spray. Otherwise, from what i remember if you pull them up by their roots they will still regrow if you lay them on the yard. Throw them on concrete until they are dead.
move to the desert.
round up
yes use round up its the best!
spray a broad leaf killer on them and cut them out first if possible and then spray the areas and the roots youll have to retreat after a week
I recommend vinegar a good strong cider vinegar is best nontoxic too for the kiddies
