We are looking for a company to drag and remove the rocks that are on our property in PA. The rocks are a hazard to the kids. We were told people can drag a kind of grating machine behind a tractor to get the bulk of the surface rocks taken away.

Find a Landscaping company the has a "rock box" You are aware the ground will have to be tilled or disk-ed. In order for the rock box to work, the box has to be drug though the tilled ground, sifting the larger rocks and clumps out. After the treatment, the grown will need to be reseeded. I would consider Hydroseeding if I were you.
Other than a shovel, rake, hands, and a wagon or wheel borrow, I know of no other way to remove the rocks from your lawn.
