I have a huge raspberry bush. i have been cutting it down to the ground for the last 2 years and it hasn't produced a half decent yield since about 3-4 years ago. What do i have to do to help get back to a healthy yield?
Answers:
If you are cutting all of the canes back, you are making a big mistake. The canes that grow this year will bear fruit next year. It is OK to remove the canes once they have borne fruit since they will only do so once. The canes that can be removed are usually dark in color while the new canes are light in color. You will know the difference.
Good luck with your berries.

Are there too many branches? If so, start pruning. If that fails look for plant food, or seek expert advice.
Good Luck.
