Answers:
You should stake it down for a few years!
Long live the Queen!
Other answers:
Put a 15 foot king palm next to it and tie them together.

It could be that the ground you planted in is too soft. When plants are top heavy and the soil has been worked too much, a strong wind will take them down every time. The situation is usually worse when it has recently rained.
Put a yard stick by it. And tie a string around. Or you killed it.
IS THE GROWN SOFT? PUTTING TO MUCH WATER ON IT?? THE INSIDE OF A PALM TREE IS A LOT LIKE STRAW. THEY SURVIVE HURRICANS....THE COMPOSITION OF THE DIRT AROUND IT HAS TO BE THE PROBLEM
Some times there are a couple of mistakes we all make.
When you dig the hole if you look down in the walls of the hole look almost smooth and glassy? That depends on the soil of course, If it is what you see, rough it up brake that glassy smooth side up a bit.
Also if the palm came from a pot it might be still pot bound. Look at the roots, do they wind round and round at the bottom as though they were still in a pot?
Well cut the round and round roots off and gently spread the other roots like an up side down letter Y.
Replant the tree and carefully stake and water it for a year. Best of Luck Bugsie
