above ground septic on front lawn how to cover it.?

I saw a house that installed a low fence along the edge of the raised septic system then added a few shrubs in front of that. I gave the yard the look of a planned raised terrace rather than the "oh they needed to raise the distribution bed" look.

If the vent pipe is a problem, build a lattice plant stand over it with a big pot of hanging plants.

other than planting a tree and waiting for it to grow, the only solution i can think of is a small outbuilding. could be useful for storage, or could be playhouse for children.
