It depends on the turning radius of your widest-turning vehicle, if you will only have your vehicles in the drive.
If you expect delivery vehicles from DHl, UPS, or other services, you need to be aware that their turning radii are not as tight as yours. You might want to plan a back-up ramp, to one side, so they can adjust their path, and not drive on your lawn.

A circular drivway can be put most anywhere and it's arc is really dependent upon your taste and the size of vehicle you plan on having in the driveway. It should not be arced sharper than your largest vehicle, or the largest vehicle that may visit your property can turn--or the vehicle will need to run over the grass or backup to correct the turn. I have noticed that the arc is typically 2/3 the turning radius of a large vehicle.
