I HAVE A FLAGSTONE PATIO WHICH ITS GETTING DIRTY, I OFTEN WASHED IT WIHT WATER AND SOAP AND A BROOM BUT THATS A HARD JOB. IS THERE A BETER WAY OF DOING IT, MAYBE SOME SPECIAL CHEMICALS.

Try a pressure washer as long as it won't damage the patio. It really depends on how it is constructed. If you can use it they work great and are fairly easy to use.
