I hold a problem next to my gas kiln. Here's the situation.?
Answers: A washed out flame indicates that it is not getting enough combustion nouns (to mix with the NG to craft a blue flame). If the yellow flame is long & lethargic, it may impinge on other parts of the heater and cool rotten before it can burn sour the carbon monoxide. I would discontinue using the heater until you resolve the issue. Further, I would ring up the mfg for help beside this one.
Here's a couple things to look at. When the flame is the wrong color, you have dirt getting to the flame.
Have you checked the filter not long?
Your furnace has be vented outside of the house according to manufacturer's and Federal requirements I am assuming. Check your exhaust and intake pipes. You may find a bird nest or something along those lines within the exhaust pipe which will cause the exhaust to final flow down to the burner which will cause this pallid tipping to occur. You will find the furnace vent any sticking out of the exterior wall in an inconspicuous location or out the roof. I recommend that if it's sticking out the roof that you enjoy a professional come over and look at the vent.
I hope this helps.
Go subsidise to the dealer and trademark sure the heater is properly set up for your gas supply, innate gas or propane. The orifice supplying gas to your burner is a different size for natural and propane. Your gas supplier may be of some serve also. It doesn't take but a phone send for.
