Our oven have not get any gas going into it, when the hob and the grill hold, any accepted wisdom why?
Answers: I could think of a hundred reason why, but you haven’t provided enough information to even remotely guess what is wrong.
BTW anyone that have answered is doing just that “Guessing”.
Call a Service Tech. and be safe and sound.
Hi you shouldnt try fixing it on your own but by the sounds of it there is a problem next to the oven valve (the tap)
This may any need re chairs or replacing but its not a job for a DIYer
Depending on the age of the oven, and if it is smaller quantity than 20 years old, after you have a discouraging ignitor.
Maybe 'cos it's an Electric oven??? ;-)
Hi. It may just be the Gas Jets which want cleaning
It may be a bad igniter. They own a safety factor built in which prevents the flow of gas if the igniter does not start. Depending on the type of oven, they are relatively inexpensive and unforced to repair. I have done so myself.
Because you own an electric oven .
You must get a Corgi registered tradesman to fix as it could be chancy....please don't mess about trying to fix yourself a short time ago look in your local tabloid for adverts...
