how do I remove a radiator from my house?
Answers:
Give us more information. If it is hot water heat then there could be water inside the system which would have to be drained FIRST. If you know the system had been drained and the system will never again be charged/used then all you have to do is cut the two water lines leading to it. then plug the holes in the floor. Do NOT cut the lines or do anything with that radiator if you do not know what is inside it.
Other answers:
open the door and pick it up and take it out to the garage-

if its gas, let a professional do it. don't mess with it. Electrical... I say... the SAME!! an electric shock is very bad.
You need to add more information, about the radiator, as there are many types out there.
I suspect that if you have to ask this question, you may lack the skills to do the job.
Better to hire a professional. it will be cheaper in the long run, and safer to all concerned.
Ouch, you guy are harsh. one ask to learn not get roasted. In older houses (turn of the century) the way to heat a room was to have a radiator which was plumb into the system and water was heated from the furnace. Just shut the water off to the unit, remove, make sure lines are caped, turn water on. Gas or Electric, Call a Pro..
