Bath sink plumbing problems?

When using the bath sink it take forever for the water to procure hot(Hot side) what's the matter?


Answers:    Thermo coupler section bad within hot water boiler.
Tank may need to be flushed.
Rod may be corroded if ripened tank
You any have your sink far away from the river heater or a blown item in your wet heater. Average time it take my hot water to make my bathroom is 20 seconds, if I amenable up the spigot all the route.
