In the headrail of the blind there is usually a sticker or folded up piece of paper. It is the manufacturer's information on the blind, when and where it was made, the color and model number, etc. I think DelMar was purchased by another company, however.

When the strings broke on my De Mar Black Satin Pleated shade, I had it restrung for $20. The guy who cleans the blinds in my area offers restringing services. But, if the fabric is frayed or disconnecting from the headrail, it cannot be repaired.
