What's the difference between an inside condenser and an outside condenser found in freezers?

What are the pros and cons of each? Price, efficiency, etc...

Answers:
All newer ones are on the inside , this is for protection and some think they have more room if its on the out side but it still takes up the same amount of space. so for safty reasons go with the ones built in. it can be dammaged and get dirty far to easy on the outside.

Other answers:
outside condensers cool better and quicker. no need for a fan to help dissipate the heat.
