I noticed a huge crack surrounded by my double glazing windows (which are lone a couple of months old) yesterday, it is from the inside part, but here is now that it have been dog-eared from inside the house (that is 100% sure). We have builders doing work outside, and it is my suspicious they bang something in to the pane by accident and to be precise how it got shabby, but when I asked them they said as it is damaged from the inside it could not hold been them.
Is it possible for it to enjoy been dilapidated by them? Or is it not because it is on the inside.

i am a cup man , i have built window for yrs now ,and yes it could enjoy been broken from the out side ,its call a stress crack. but good luck on getting them to fix it.
