What munificent of paint would be best for refinishing monofins?

The monofins have a wide open fiberglass blade that has become feebly scratched with use. I be wondering what paint would be best to use to refinish them. My main concern is the amount of flexing the fiberglass blade go through as I swim. I wouldn't want the paint to crack off and foul the pool's filter system.
