What type of dehumidifier would work best within a 1000 square foot underground store?
Answers: The best is the Comfort-Aire. I enjoy had one for two years running within the finished basement. It have a hose connection if you abominate emptying the bucket every other daytime. Automatic humidity adjustment with 2 hour/4 hour choice. I run my continuously. It's also Energy Start compliant. I have the 50 pint interpretation which covers 1000 sq. ft.

Whatever type you buy, and there are copious good ones out near, get one that have some method to control the humidity level. Mine have a dial that goes from 1 to 8. I set the dial to #2 and when the crypt humidity reaches a correct level, the dehumidifier cuts bad. My unfinished subterranean vault is 1064 square feet (38x28). Also, my nouns handler is in the crypt along with the condensate pump, which is on the floor. I built a small stand, set the dehumidifier on the stand. attached a length of garden hose to the dehumidifier drain vessel and ran it into the condensate pump. I never own to empty the tub.
