500 Sq. ft building now i bought and the roof is tiles which is difficult to maintain. all the sides walls are there, hence i need suggestion to make it concrete or any other roofing is suggested.

Concrete is more expensive and heavier. So you should use light systems of roofing with a thermal and moisture isolation on it.
