I need Ideas on how to unfreeze a frozen waterhose. It froze two night ago and we've tried turning the water on full blast to push the rime on through...... tried pouring hot water on the hose. Tried taking the blow tourch to it. We can't afford to buy and run 300 latest feet of hose and we HAVE to obtain it un-froze becuase it fills our horse trough. We've be bringing them up to the house to let them drink, but that isn't a fix. It's implicit 40 today in the sun and hose down still won't flow through it. Any ideas?
Answers: Disconnect the hose and roll it up. Take it inside and put it surrounded by a bathtub full of hot sea. Once it is thawed, follow the suggestion above about draining it respectively time you use it.

The outside faucet is probably frozen also. Disconnect the hose from the faucet and use a hair dryer on it to dissolve or a large container of hot hose. You will need to disconnect the hose respectively time you are finished using it during this cold weather and drain it out.
