my central ac make a noise when its starts and a ticking sound also, its working fine except for the sound?

Answers:
Running equipment can cause duct noise to be transmitted throughout the duct system. Turn your A/C off and turn your blower control from auto to on. If you hear the same noises it's not your A/C that is the culprit - it's your air moving system. Turn your furnace power off, take off the blower compartment door, reach in and turn the squirel cage slowly, all the while feeling for bits of paper debris, or whatever, that may have found its way into the blower. If this doesn"t work break out the yellow pages. Good luck.
