Does carpeting or tile flooring affect the outcome of a radon question paper?

Answers:    I would test somewhere you can. Carpet would not stop gas from leaking surrounded by. Tile flooring would probably seal gas from comming contained by. If your floor is sealed, next no radon can get contained by. Just test close to the walls. If you are really concerned, I would hold someone come out and test it for you--that will confer you piece of mind.
No radon is a gas that comes up from the ground and is generally tested contained by the basement. The oders from tile cement and from carpeting do not effect this test.
No, It should not affect the results of the trial.
