Answers:    the other ansewer is correct but you can do something about a plumber or you yourself can install a circulation pump that will save your water reheat in the lines contact a local plumber for a free estimate
It's far away from the hose heater and the dampen laying within the pipes has cooled down, so it take a while to get the hot hose down there.
