Is there a product that can convert all the heat energy from my fridge into reusable electricity?
Answers:
The heat created is minimal as it relates to conversion to reusable energy. Sadly in your statement about hot hot, the heat energy could be recycled to do just that,,,Heat areas.
The effort and expense to convert would be far more costly, in your plan, than what you might save.
Example: The heat from a clothes dryer, taken into a specific indoor trap for lint, can create a warm area in it's general location, but to create electrical energy from that would be prohibitively expensive.

On the other hand, during the winter, or any cool months of the year when you heat your home, the heat energy being put out the back of the fridge is helping to heat your home, and therefore is saving electricity (or gas, or whatever you use to heat the home).
True fact: all electric appliances do not "use up" electricity, they convert it all into waste heat (or small amounts of light or sound, which themselves convert into heat when they hit the walls and furniture and such). Therefore, they're all helping to heat your home during cold months.

You can lower your electric bill by keeping lights off, not keeping the tv AND computer on, unplugging things that aren't used often, not running the a/c, and upgrading your electrical box (I think). My electric bill is less than $30 a month. Gas is used for my dryer, hot water tank and stove though. In the summer my gas bill is usually under $15 (winter it's like $300). Lower your hot water tank temperature... Look up energy saving tips online somewhere. Your electric bill shouldn't be really high.
