Answers: Just buy a better frame. Or buy a bed, headboard, footboard, and rails. I can't believe how some family live. They sleep with the mattress on the floor. Like hillbillies.

If I be you, I would take the mattress and box spring bad of the frame and put them on the floor until you can afford a decent frame for the bed. I have the same problem near my king size frame. It is just a armour of cheap metal. The solution I found that was the cheapest channel was to in truth raise my bed and place frame and adjectives on milk crates. By placing 3 on each side plus a couple surrounded by the middle for extra support, the bed no longer shakes and I now enjoy a whole lot of storage space beneath my bed and can clean underneath a integral lot easier. To cover the milk crates I just use a bed skirt and not a soul looking in my room can speak about they are there. I did find that I needed to use some non skid stuff to keep the metal frame from sliding on the plastic, but once I used it, it doesn't move.
