My wooden cutting board be given to me as a gift beside a knife set. I be told to put vegtable oil on it and I did. Everytime I verbs the board, it warps. I do not believe the grease has anything to do near it warping and bowing. When I flip it over it go back to run of the mill in a bit while. Is there anything I can do to fashion it stop bowing and warping? I'm afraid it'll break because when it warp it rocks back and forth until I flip it over.
Answers: Use both sides of the board Ex flip the board every light of day or so ----- so it gets matching amount of moistuer every day or so
HAND WASH IT THE EXTREME TEMP IN THE DISHWASHER CAUSES THE WOOD FIBERS TO EXPAND, KEEP OILING IT.
