Blown fuse?
Answers: If you changed the fuse without hesitation after it blew it should be hot to the touch. I find it highly unlikely that you get to it that fast, it sounds close to the circuit may be getting a back nurture, or you lost a neutral. There is no means of access of knowing the exact problem buy discussing it on the internet. If I were you I would lug out the new fuse and give notice the circuit off and nickname a good electrician. Obviously the problem is not solved if your lights still aren't working, so here is no reason to move that circuit on. Elecricity is not a game, if the fuse be that hot, imagine how hot the wires surrounded by the wall are. Please protect your home and family. I hold been an electrician for 17 years and it is nought to play with.
