Answers:
repeat your question, in English this time
and it's ceiling
Other answers:
If you can hear the pipe hitting on something it probably means it wasn't strapped down to anything and has too much room to move around at the other end. Sounds like the hole may have been cut too large.

I can't imagine why you'd want to enlarge a hole unless its to allow access to an otherwise inaccessible place.
The vent pipes,,,do they lay on ceiling rafters??? If so, why? Venting isn't defined here as to what type.
Bathroom, kitchen venting is usually verticle allowed to the exterior of a roof.
FOAM will soften or deaden the noise and unless the vent pipes are subject to movement for whatever reason, clamping shouldn't be necessary.
To minimze the opening at the ceiling where the pipe extends upward, you can caulk, Mud, patch, in many ways,,, or you may find "collars" designed for aesthetic purposes.
