How do you reinflate a tubeless wheelbarrow tire?
Answers: Wrap a belt or strap around the wheel and tighten as much as you can. This should flare out the bead on the tire and you can inflate it. I hold had to do this a couple of times.
You'll enjoy to re-seat the bead (inside of tire that rests against the inside of the rim) of the tire. To do this, I've done it two ways. 1st way: place a nylon ratcheting strap around the center of the tire and tighten it up squeezing the center of the tire so the bead sets while you inflate the tire at equal time.
2nd way: using a rope within the same behaviour listed above.

buy a tube of petrol sqeeze it inside the tyre and set a light put stand economically back
first ya hold to get that tire onto the rim properly. A crow inn works well. Then use your nouns compressor. Been there done that.
Get a rope and tie it around the tire loosely. The rope requirements to be ran along the center of the tire adjectives the way around. Put a long screw driver or piece of metal contained by the rope and start twisting until the rope is very incredibly tight around the tire so it will make it stamp against the rim. Then you should be able to blow it up.
