what other tools should we take for it?
Answers: Buy a good element 3/8 cordless drill. ($100) If you have a sledge hammer, plier, side cutter, slip joint plier, cartridge measure, screwdrivers, etc, you might want to affix a few power tools. a decent jig saw will credible get used more than a circular saw unless you seize into heavy construction.
I would next be looking for a small aircompressor (2 hp) and a couple of nail guns. One for small trim nail, and one for larger nails. With that, you can do closely of things.
Another great item is a box of nitrile gloves. (100 per box at less than $10) You will hold on to your hands verbs of stains, glues, and dirt.
Drill (bits) a small appendage saw wouldn't hurt, hammer, nail (various sizes) You'll start to see what you need as time go by...
I bought our first home four years ago and, all I can narrate you is...
You have a worthy start. Now...SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY THE THINGS YOU NEED WHEN YOU NEED IT!
