I live in a downstairs flat(owned) at the termination of the street. Whenever it rains and mostly shortly afterwars I get the dodgy smell from the drains waft around in the upstairs hallway and dining room which is also part of the failure wall of the house. I have laminate flooring down and I replaced the skirting boards. Do you feel that because I haven't used a sealant along the bottom of the skirting that the smell is creeping up from under the floorboards?
Answers: no, its the ampness contained by the air and it have to do with your mat. all buildings tend to do this when its muggy
Oooooh free? The question title amused me, *chortle*
