What is the best way to kill off moss on concrete roof tiles?

My house sits under mature trees, and after only three years, they are smothered already...

Answers:
you will need to clean off the current moss with a power washer for instance.
Then install zinc ribbon just under the peak tiles on your roof. The zinc oxide created when it rains will kill any new moss and it will not discolour your roof.

maybe hot bleach. . . ?
On P. Allen Smith, Sunday show, he told how to remove moss from concrete by using bleach in a cheap spray bottle. If you are physically able to get on a ladder, this might be your solution as well.
bleach and water.....1 part bleach to 4 parts water...trim the trees to let sun get to the roof or the problem will keep coming back forever.
Moss will keep coming back, even if you kill off what you have. If your roof is shaded by trees, trying using a chemical moss remover like Lilly Miller Moss out. All you have to do is sprinkle the moss out on the roof and let the rain do the rest. You may have to do it once a year to prevent re-growth. Lowes will have what you are looking for
