Dryer not getting Hot?
1..the element is desperate...
2..the cycling switch is bad....
3...the thermal safekeeping limit blowed....
4...the elevated temperature delineate is bad....
I dont surmise i have lost one leg of power to dryer
what diagnostic steps can i carry out to check which one it is?

unplug it, use a omm meter check coil for continuity check over mark out switches for open circuit,
Most probable it is the heater coil check that first
if that have continuity then check adjectives the safety disks
they should not be unfurl either. (if it is nothing of these then it could be surrounded by the motor centrifugal switch or the timer. It ain't hardly gonna be any one of them however), it is most likely the radiator, remember the motor runs off stale 120 volts and neutral, so the breaker can be unfurl on the heat side and OK on the motor side. be sure you are getting 240 volts.If one of you safety's have opened it is a appropriate bet that dryer need cleaning out existing good. I nick a dryer all apart and blow it out grease the wheels and nouns and make sure that belt is OK.
forget uncle jonnee, check next to billy B and get a continuity tester and check that fry element. if it's electric, i.e..
