Most likely the washer in the faucet handle needs to be replaced.
try tighting both turny things the faucelts plus dripping water will eventully cause a very high waterbill not only hat the sound of dripping water is so annoying if hat doesnt work call a plummer
Nuclear warheads.
Try replacing the washer.
You have a worn washer that seal the Valve Stem to the seat- its also possible the seat is cracked- turn off the water, and uscrew the nut that hold the Stem to the Faucet body, then unscrew the Stem, on the end of it you will see a rubber Washer, held by a Screw, match the size to a new one. Replace it and put back in the Faucet. If the seat is cracked it takes special tool to remove it, its cheap.
You can do it- but suggest you get a book on Plumb repairs its cheap also sat lowes or go to the library and study.
replace the washers, seems hard but very simple.
