New Roof within the last 6 months. Constant drainage from roof even when there is no rain. What could it be?

Could this be heat from the attic?

It's hard to nail down the cause from your question, but I am going to assume that you are referring to water spots manifesting on your ceiling in various locations. Having spent a good many years in the a/c biz, and more hours than I like to remember in attics, I am very familiar with this condition.

The air traveling through your a/c ducts starts out below 60 degrees. Your attic may have temperatures as high as 160 degrees in the middle of the summer. If there is any leak or defect in the insulation surrounding the duct, you will have cold, dry air meeting hot, wet, air and that equals condensation.

Given the fact that your roof required replacement, my guess is your ducts are at the end of their life-cycle as well. There is no certainty that this is your problem, but it would be worthwhile to have a reliable a/c company that specializes in ductwork to have a look, as well as check your equipment for problems that may be contributing to the condensation; like a dirty evaporator coil or plugged filter.

A constant leak means constant pressure.
Check that you don't have some type of leak from an attic pipe. We know that water will not flow uphill but can be sprayed up if there is a small leak in a pipe. How about your hot water heater? there is a pop off valve that will remove water pressure from the water heater if it gets too much pressure or goes bad. It would be hard to get between the wood roof and the shingles unless there is a vent pipe that protrudes through the roof. I would not suspect heat from the attic unless there was a very large pool of water.
n5vhf_gene...........is rite.......I agree
Who installed your roof? Did you have it inspected by someone other than the installer? When Home Depot installed my roof they said it was fine and the GAF manufacturer even appoved it when no roofing material was between the shingles and wood deck. Home Depot also did not replace the flashing or drip edge, you have to check everything yourself.
